Shipping Coverage
- We offer shipping services across the contiguous United States. Please note, at this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
Production and Shipping Time
- Production Time: The production time for all custom paintings is 3-8 business days. This period is essential to ensure that your artwork meets our high-quality standards.
- Shipping Time: Once production is complete, shipping typically takes 2-4 business days, depending on your exact location. We partner with several logistics providers to ensure your order is delivered safely and promptly.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated based on your order details and delivery address at checkout. All orders exceeding a certain amount (e.g., $100) will automatically qualify for free standard shipping.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment online.
Special Notes
- Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery address when placing an order. Additional charges may apply for redelivery due to incorrect address information.
